Is Menlo Free?

It is free to create a Menlo account. Free accounts have access to 5 free lookups with no credit card required. You can then upgrade your account at any time to billing that is either monthly or annual. Once you are signed up, feel free to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime.

What if I want to pay from my bank account?

Use PayPal to pay from your bank account. We accept most bank credit and debit cards.

Do you have larger plans? How do I get Menlo for my team?

We can support plans and teams of any size. You can create a team from your account page. Please contact us if you have further questions.

Why is my credit card being declined?

The most common reason is your bank needs you to approve the transaction, so contact them. If declines persist, try the PayPal option. Please chat with us or email michael@menlo.gg for further assistance.

What happens if a lookup does not return verified email or phone?

A lookup is used if we find and verify email or phone, otherwise it is refunded.

Can I cancel my subscription when I want? Will I keep my lookups if I cancel?

Yes, you can cancel anytime through your accounts page. Since you prepay for a year or month, cancellation takes effect the following term. You retain access to your plan features for the full 1 year or 1 month term.

What happens if I run out of lookups?

You can exceed your plan allocated lookups if "Additional Lookups" are enabled in your account settings. Additional Lookups are billed to your account at the end of the month and depending on your plan, range from $0.30 to $0.45 per lookup. Please email us at michael@menlo.gg for further assistance.

What if I just want professional or personal emails?

You can select to lookup only personal or only professional emails by updating your email type preferences. Once you make that selection, you will never see emails of the filtered type.

How accurate is your data?

We maintain 90-98% deliverability on verified emails and constantly update our database with real-time verification. Our phone numbers are also verified for accuracy.

Do you offer API access?

Yes, all paid plans include API access. Our Contact Data API provides access to 4.5B records with exceptional fill rates for seamless integration with your existing workflows.

What integrations do you support?

We integrate with major CRM and marketing platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, and many others. Check our integrations page for the full list.

Is my data secure?

Yes, we take data security seriously. We use enterprise-grade encryption, comply with GDPR and other privacy regulations, and maintain strict security protocols to protect your information.
